Foto Urma, org. no. 1946 1203 0215, processes personal data in connection with the trade at and is responsible for the personal data for the processing. Personal data is processed in order for Foto Urma to be able to provide its services, mainly for the following purposes (“the purposes”):

To create and maintain your personal account.

To receive and process your orders and send your goods to you.

To handle any returns.

To send you SMS notifications about delivery status.

To answer your questions and inform you of new or changed services.

To send marketing offers like newsletters and catalogs.

To send you questionnaires that give you the opportunity to influence Foto Urma’s offers and services.

The information that is processed is the information you provide, for example when placing orders, contacting customer service or the like. The information you enter includes, for example, contact information, delivery address and ordered goods (“Personal data”). The personal data is necessary for Foto Urma to be able to achieve the Purposes. Some information may also be obtained from public records or from other publicly available sources.

The main legal basis for the treatment is that the treatment is necessary for Foto Urma to be able to fulfill its obligations to its customers. Some treatments are also based on Foto Urma’s legitimate interest in being able to conduct its business in an efficient and safe manner, and on Foto Urma’s obligation to comply with legal obligations. The personal data may be shared with authorities and other parties that Foto Urma hires to achieve the Purposes, eg. for delivery. These actors can be based in countries outside the EU / EEA. If the European Commission does not consider that it provides an adequate level of protection, the transfer to the third party will be supported by the Commission’s standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to a non-EU / EEA country, see Articles 45 to 46 of Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”). Right to access – According to Article 15 GDPR, you have the right to access the Personal Data and to be informed about the treatment. This information is contained in this document.

Right to correction – According to Article 16 GDPR, you have the right to receive incorrect personal data relating to you, without undue delay. Considering the purpose of the treatment, you also have the right to supplement incomplete personal data.

Right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”) – Under certain circumstances, you have the right to have the Personal Data deleted under Article 17 of the GDPR.

Right of Use Restriction – Under certain circumstances, you have the right to limit the processing of Personal Data under Article 18 of the GDPR.

Right to data portability – According to Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain the Personal Data in a structured, generally used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transfer this information to another person responsible for personal data.
