1. Company information

www.fotourma.se is provided by Foto Urma with Org number 1946 1203 0215. Information and images on the website are owned by the company or partner and may not be copied without permission

2. Prices

Each item is listed including VAT in Euro. In the cart you can see the total price including all taxes, such as VAT, shipping and payment

3.1 Payment

Payment is made through the selected payment method at checkout. The payment method is provided by Bambora together with partners.

3.2 Card payment

Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Payment of your debit card takes place immediately

4. Shipping & Shipping Methods
A shipping charge is added to all orders. We ship your goods with PostNord.
 
4.2 Deliveries
Orders placed before 14.00 are processed the same day and are usually shipped within 1-3 days. Delivery will be made directly to the address you have specified at the time of purchase
 
4.3 Damaged goods and complaints
When getting your goods it's important that you check so the goods are not damaged or incorrect. Should the product be incorrect or damaged contact us as soon as possible by e-mail to the address info@fotourma.se for further instructions. You have 3 years of claim under Swedish law.
 
5. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
As a customer, you have the right to undo your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods can be returned in original packaging and are in a substantially unchanged condition. You have the right to open the package and try the product, but it should not be used in addition to this. When using a right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return freight
 
6. Repayment obligation
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount of the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item. You will be charged the return cost when the item is returned. We pay all the return costs to send back so-called replacement goods

7. Privacy, Security & Personal Information
In connection with your order, you agree that Foto Urma stores and uses your information. We do this to fulfill our commitments to you. We also document all communications we have with you via email, this to provide the service you expect from us. Foto Urma will not disclose your personal information to third parties. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right, once upon a year, to receive the information we have registered about you. We reserve the right to use your email for state marketing and newsletters

9. Cookies

Force Majeure such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious contagion or other extent that a party has no control over which prevents a party from fulfilling its obligations and releasing a party from it. Such exemption applies, provided that the activities can not be carried out under these conditions. The counterparty shall be immediately informed of circumstances that may apply this provision
 
10.2 Changes to Contract Terms
After the customer has completed a purchase, the Sales Company is not entitled to change the terms of the current purchase unless otherwise agreed.
 
10.3 Complaints
Have customer complaints, these can be done through our account methods.
 
10.4 Disputes & laws
Swedish law shall apply to all purchases under these terms and conditions. Dispute of purchase under these terms and conditions shall be exclusively investigated by the Swedish General Court
